Data we collect
When you request an eligibility check, we collect the details you submit in the form: first name, email address, phone number, postcode, quiz answers, eligibility score, submitted date, and the generated eligibility summary PDF.
How we use your data
- To review your solar grant eligibility request.
- To send your eligibility email and attached PDF.
- To send one short SMS reminder about your request, where technically possible.
- To reply to your questions and manage follow-up about the request you made.
Processors and hosting
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting and uses Firebase Functions for secure form submission. Transactional email and SMS may be sent through Brevo. Email replies are handled through Google Workspace.
Retention
We keep your request details only for as long as needed to handle your eligibility request, follow up on your enquiry, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You can also object to follow-up communications. To exercise these rights, email grants@ate-conseil.com.
Cookies and tracking
This page does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies in its current setup. Technical browser storage may be used only to support the form experience.
